RWA, Real Estate & Tokenization Software Development
We build and run AIssuance, our own real-world asset tokenization platform on ERC-3643 and Polygon. We cover the full lifecycle: KYC investor onboarding, primary issuance, compliance-gated transfers, cap table, stablecoin distributions, redemption, valuation with provenance and on-chain evidence anchoring. Real estate, debt, equity, commodities and environmental assets.

Frequently asked questions
Which standard do you use, and why?
ERC-3643 (Tokeny's T-REX). Unlike a plain ERC-20 it carries compliance inside: an Identity Registry decides who may receive the token and every transfer is validated against it on-chain. That enables lock-ups, holder caps, per-investor maximums, freeze and court-ordered force transfers.
How do investors get paid?
Through a corporate action (dividend or coupon) that generates a pro-rata distribution over circulating holdings —not total supply— executed on-chain in stablecoin and later reconciled against the chain. Every step requires a second factor and is audited.
Who holds the keys?
Whichever fits the case: investor self-custody or managed custody such as Fireblocks, with signing outside the application server. Compliance whitelists addresses, not keys, so custody is orthogonal to the instrument.
Can you prove a document was not altered?
Yes. The document hash is anchored on Polygon, with a public unauthenticated verifier plus a PDF receipt that carries its own verification URL. It proves existence and integrity —not truthfulness— and can be checked without us.
