CoolAccess — Access Control
CoolAccess is Develone's SaaS platform that centralizes a gated community's security and day-to-day operations in one place: the guard post, the administration and the owner all work on the same system, with end-to-end traceability.
What it is
A multi-tenant access-control and management platform for gated communities, countries and HOAs. The guard and administration use the panel; the owner operates from an installable PWA on their phone.
Who it's for
Gated communities, countries, HOAs and complexes still running access, expenses and bookings on spreadsheets, notebooks and WhatsApp groups.
Modules
- Access control (guard post): entries, authorizations and in/out, with people lookup by name/ID.
- Vehicles: plate, registration and insurance policy, with makes, models, colors and insurers.
- Invitations: the owner generates a guest with a unique link; the guest registers (data, photos of ID, driver's license and vehicle) and enters with no delays, valid for a date range.
- Amenity bookings: clubhouse, tennis, paddle and more, with slot availability, caps, pricing and database-level double-booking protection.
- Billing & expenses: a unified ledger of charges and payments per owner, monthly expenses by concept, partial/full payments, account statements, PDF and delivery via email/WhatsApp.
- Emergencies: a panic button with geolocation that alerts the guard instantly, typed alerts with photos and useful phone numbers.
- Push notifications: native Web Push — community announcements and guest confirmations, in real time.
- Owner portal (PWA): installable and offline — book, pay, view expenses and news, and invite, all from the phone.
- Incidents & infractions: records with type, description and photos.
- News: community announcements published to the resident portal.
- Operational registry: pets, suppliers, control contacts and insurers.
- Security & roles: real per-user login, server-side RBAC by profile (Admin, Referent, Guard, Owner) and strict per-resident scoping.
