Develshops is Develone's platform that unifies your online store with a complete commercial ERP: whatever you sell —online or at the counter— updates your stock, orders, accounting and reports in real time. One system, one source of truth, with AI at the core of operations.
What it is
A multi-store platform covering the full commercial cycle end to end. The panel adapts to your business through the Plan mode (ecommerce, ERP or mixed) and starts in simple mode; once you're comfortable, switch on advanced mode to unlock the full ERP.

Shops, retailers, wholesalers and entrepreneurs stuck on spreadsheets or closed ecommerce platforms (Tiendanube/Nuvemshop-style) who need to unify their online store, counter sales, stock and back office in one place.
Modules
- Catalog: products with color/size variants, categories, brands, images, multi-currency and bulk price updates.
- Inventory & stock: warehouses, movement kardex, batches and expiration (FEFO), weighted-average costing and stockout alerts.
- Purchasing: purchase orders with approval flow, receiving that updates stock and cost, and automatic reordering by reorder point.
- Sales & POS: counter screen for order, sale, quote, credit/debit note and delivery note; stock deducts instantly.
- Logistics: order picking and delivery with driver assignment and status tracking.
- Customers & loyalty: profile with credit account, segments (wholesale/VIP) and a points program with accrual and redemption.
- Promotions: discounts by product/category/segment, special prices, BOGO/NxM and coupons for the online store.
- Accounting: integrated double-entry —chart of accounts, journal and ledger— fed by operations, with electronic invoicing (AFIP).
- Reporting, BI & alerts: KPI dashboard, profitability and markup analysis, sub-ledgers, and alerts for what's urgent (overdue, stockouts, low margin). Automatable processes (BPM).
Artificial Intelligence (Full plan)
Develshops puts AI at the core of operations. It's enabled per store from AI Management and nothing is applied without your approval:
- Alerts & insights: surfaces low margin, tied-up capital and stockouts with demand, right on the dashboard.
- Demand forecasting & auto-reorder: projects sales, compares against stock and drafts the suggested purchase order — on approval it creates the PO in one click.
- Perishables: detects batches nearing expiry and suggests a markdown; on approval it applies the markdown.
- Assistant on your data: ask in natural language about sales, stock and receivables and get answers on your real numbers (read-only, with guardrails).
- Product content: generates descriptions and SEO content for your catalog.
- Suggestion tray: everything the AI proposes (prices, reordering, expiries) lands in a tray to review, approve or reject; approving is what executes the action.
- Configurable engine: Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI or self-hosted Ollama, with the key per environment (never in the database).
Payments & integrations
- MercadoPago (cards, transfer, installments), bank transfer and cash.
- MercadoLibre: publish products, sync stock and price, and import sales that deduct stock.
- Multi-store: several stores with their own domain, centrally managed.
- Server-side SEO and SSL included; abandoned-cart recovery via email and coupon.
- For enterprise operations we also integrate with existing SAP / ERPs (real-time SAP Service Layer) when needed.
